– Currently enrolled in Self-Study course with American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP).

– Requests the direct supervision of GHAI to complete the Hands-on component in order to satisfy certification requirements.                   

 


Please Note: It is recommended that you arrive to the training facility 30 minutes early. Class time does not reflect examination schedule. Coffee, soft drinks and breakfast snacks will be available. Dress attire should be casual and comfortable. Scrubs are allowed. Please no open-toed shoes.
